All of our staff recieve full training in their specific fields from Property Surveying and Valuation with SAVA, to Ofqual Level 5 courses in Drones. This ensures that only the best is delivered to the customer.
Our staff have come from various backgrounds ranging from Ecologists and Ground workers to Years of experience in the Military including Military Drone Operators.

The business was the brainchild of the co-founder, Robert Dennis, who needed to find a new path after leaving the British Army. His first action was to start a 2 year part time course in Property Surveying and Valuation, a service he is excited to introduce upon completion. As part of his resettlement, Robert conducted numerous courses including Electrics, Carpentry, plastering, resin driveway installation and Energy Performance assessor or DEA, which has been put to good use both at his own property and for clients. Robert then continued to expand his knowledge and capabilities by completing a Party wall seminar and subsequently passed an interview to become a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors (FPWS).
Since then, Robert has continued to expand the business by completing his drone Operators courses, allowing the business to provide drone surveying capabilities.
Charlotte, a co-founder of the business, help set up the business and provides much needed admin support and brings across her expert knowledge from working as a Principle ecologist, working as the lead for a number of large schemes such as HS2 and other large motorway and residential projects across the country.

We can offer services from simple footage of your property, 3d images of buildings or objects and full land surveys.
Our Typical opening hours are between 0800 and 1800 monday to Friday and 0900 to 1300 on saturday.
